Steve and Toudi were referred by a previous client when they decided that a major builder’s contract price was too high. They couldn’t get town planning approval due to the builder keeping the home on one level which meant significant cut and fill on the site.

Yarrabank designed a split level home , following the natural slope of the land , allowing town planning approval, a site cost saving and creating a lovely curb appeal and from the rear, allowing the indoor and outdoor to be cohesive without major stepping.

With a larger family they were looking for the space for each member. With both kids and adults zones the home was tailored to suit their lifestyle and their growing families needs.

Upstairs the master suite incorporated a parents treat and luxurious bathroom. The bathroom had a soaking bath with a wall cut-out above to allow flow and connection between the parent retreat and the ensuite. This was all finished with high quality porcelain tiles.

A must for this family was the built in laundry chute having access from both the master bedroom’s walk in robe and the kids level linen cupboard, exiting in the large laundry room integrated into the cabinetry.

Their dream was for an entertainers kitchen which incorporated a modern styling with a picture window splashback, inbuilt kicker connected to vacuum system and Walk in Pantry with window and ample shelving. The clients chose a high spec, high gloss cabinetry to accentuate and reflect the light within their home.

The 45sq Double Story home was built within 7 months and the owners were very happy with the overall result.
